Delivery Times

Due to this, please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.

Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

USA: 2 - 5 Business Days w/ Standard (1 - 3 Business Days w/ Expedited)

Canada: 5 - 10 Business Days w/ Standard (5 - 10 Business Days w/ Expedited)

UK & EU: 3 - 7 Business Days w/ Standard

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 20 Business Days w/ Standard

Rest of the World: 5 - 10 Business Days w/ Standard

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, customs, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.

Packaging

To help ensure the safe arrival of your products, we use secure packaging materials. Each piece is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect it from damage during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your shipment appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist with the next steps based on the carrier shown in your tracking.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check your mailbox and any safe drop off area.
  • Ask household members and neighbors.
  • Contact the carrier shown in your tracking link.
  • Allow 2 business days, carriers sometimes mark items delivered before final drop off.

If it is still missing, contact us as soon as possible.

Package Protection

Package Protection may be offered at checkout as an optional add on. The customer must select and pay for Package Protection for the benefits to apply.

Package Protection is an extension to our remakes policy for this specific situation:

  • The item is marked as delivered on tracking, but the customer did not receive it.

Package Protection terms:

  • Covers a single replacement, not a refund.
  • Earliest claim time is 2 business days after tracking shows delivered.
  • Latest claim time is 15 days from the delivered date.

If Package Protection was not added to the order, a free replacement for packages marked Delivered is not guaranteed. We will still assist you with the carrier inquiry and advise next steps.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at marketingconsultations@gmail.com

  • Damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • Lost or significantly delayed items: contact us within 30 days of the expected arrival date.

In some cases, a carrier claim may be required. We may request proof of shipment (tracking), proof of value (receipt), and proof of damage or loss (photos or a non receipt declaration). The carrier may conduct an investigation and determine the final resolution based on their policies.

Please review our Returns and Refund Policy for details. Since our products are made to order and often personalized, returns and refunds are limited.
